An original 1963 Dalek would cost a great deal, although it entirely depends upon it's condition.

If it had 'starred' in the original first appearance of the Daleks and was in excellent condition, then you could expect to pay tens of thousands of pounds sterling for it. If it was in poor condition and needed restoration then the price might be less, but you'd still be looking at several thousand.

Not all Daleks built were used in the TV series- several were used as promotional devices, to promote Dr.Who at sci-fi conventions, in department stores to promote Dr.Who merchandise, for photo-shoots with celebrities etc. So if you were prepared to settle for one of these, that didn't actually appear in the TV series, then an original '63 might set you back about £4,000-odd.
