Paleozoic has 7 periods, Permian, Carboniferous, Devonian, Silurian, Ordovician, and Cambrian. Precambrian is just the present, no time periods in it.

Lasty you get the Cenozoic era which contains the last two which are the tertiary, and the quaternary!
