Sauroposeidon is the biggest and comsagmathus, which should be compsognathus, is the smallest
Coelophsis was a dinosaur that lived in the Late Triassic Period. The dinosaur is said to have lived in small herds with others.
average 48 years
The tallest known dinosaur was a 56 foot tall sauropod. It was called Sauroposeidon.
The tallest known dinosaur was the Sauroposeidon, estimated to have stood around 60 feet tall.
no it is not i think the largest was apatosaurus or brontasaurus
The heaviest dinosaur that likely has accurate weight estimates is the Argentinosaurus, a sauropod which weighed 73 tons. Argentinosaurus is also the longest known dinosaur, at 98 to 118 feet in length. It is unknown whether Argentinosaurus held its neck upright like Sauroposeidon or horizontally like Diplodocus, so determining which dinosaur was the tallest is difficult. Sauroposeidon, also a sauropod, is known to have held its neck upright, making it 56 feet tall and thus the tallest dinosaur according to current scientific knowledge.
Seismosaurus was the 4th Largest Dinosaur(after Amphicoelis,Sauroposeidon and Argentinosaurus).It was nearly 129.5 feet long(37 metres),stood 20 feet tall and weighed 50 tons
Sauroposeidon is considered one of the tallest dinosaurs, estimated to have been around 60 feet tall. Its long neck and legs contributed to its impressive height.
The problem with determining the world's tallest dinosaur is that very few fossilized specimens are anywhere near complete skeletons. Using information known about other sauropods (large, long-necked dinos), paleontologists have classified four fossilized vertebrae as another species, Sauroposeidon. These four bones reflect the structure of other sauropods, but are significantly larger. For this reason, paleontologists estimate this animal stood over 17 meters tall with an elevated neck, as compared to 14 meters for a full-sized Brachiosaurus. However, this estimate cannot be proven, because a full specimen of Sauroposeidon has yet to be discovered.Like most sauropods, chances are Sauroposeidon ate various vegetation, probably ferns in youth and the needles of trees in adulthood.
The tallest dinosaurs belonged to a the Brachiosaurid group of sauropods. Brachiosaurs, the most well-known among the group was 13 meters tall. Sauroposeidon probably grew up to 18.5 meters tall, making it the tallest dinosaur that ever lived.
There are quite a few dinosaurs that could be considered large. The largest is probably Argentinosaurus, at over 120 feet long. Mamenchisaurus was quite big, too. It DID have the longest neck of any dinosaur. 4 other giant dinosaurs are Brachiosaurus, Seismosaurus, Mapusaurus and Paralititan.
The tallest herbivore dinosaur was Sauroposiden. At 56ft high and 98ft long Sauroposeidon is the tallest and one of the longest dinosaurs in the world, only then to be beaten by Argentinosaurus. Don't believe me go check it out on Wikipeidia.A Dinosaur called Brachiosaurus, Was once the tallest Dinosaur. But now the Highest is one called Sauresposeidon.
