Triceratops are often said to look similar to rhinoceroses. They had four stalky legs, and a barrel-shaped body. They had a very large head (1/3 total length) and a tail that was also 1/3 of the total length. At the back of the head, there was a large, flat, somewhat circular frill that shielded the neck. They also had two long horns above the eyes and a short horn above the nose.

The dinosaur with three horns is called the "Triceratops". It is a large plant eater with a frill protecting it's neck. The Triceratops uses the horns for spearing plants, and as weapons to protect itself from predators.
There were only two species of Triceratops. They were Triceratops horridus and Triceratops prorsus.
