The T-rex egg is on Level 3. There is a large hill with many tunnels through it. When you get to the hill, don't enter any of the tunnels. If you do then you have gone past the T-rex egg. So just jump over them and ride the giant boulder until you find a very small tunnel leading to the egg. No super egg will appear in the swag if you are using cheat codes.
