The creatures in the Cambrian Explosion lived under water because most of them had shells that they used to protect them

All life was in the water in the Cambrian. Neither animals nor plants had evolved to the point where they could exist out of a marine or fw environment for many millions of years. Although a few land plants and fungi showed up in late Ordovician it was early Devonian before land-dwelling invertebrates emerged and mid-Devonian before the first land vertebrates appeared.

Are frogs underwater creatures?

Frogs are amphibians. That means they can live on land, but they must return to water alot to lay eggs and breathe, whereas toads are land animals, so if you live in a house far from any water bodies or out in the country without ponds the pads/frogs you see in your garden are most likely be toads. So yes, frogs may be underwater creatures but they roam land aswell

All the under water sea creatures?

If you mean, "are all under water creatures, sea creatures?" then no. The term SEA is for the ocean and there also can be creatures in freshwater. Also some creatures that live in water such as some snakes and sea turtles come out of the water every so often, so they are no total sea/water creatures. Fish are underwater creatures though.

Why creatures can live in water?

If by creatures, we mean animals, they require oxygen to survive. Humans get oxygen from the air by using their lungs. Underwater animals can get oxygen directly from the water (water contains dissolved oxygen) by using their gills. Other animals don't have gills (like dolphins) so they live underwater but come up to the air every now and then to get their oxygen. Life in general is very good at living in water. For billions of years, creatures were ONLY able to live in water. Land animals, like us humans, evolved later to live on land so now we are so poorly adapted for life underwater that it would kill us.
