They can be cut off in emergency situations, but your local jewelry may not have the tools to cut them off. In the case of platinum, however, your jeweler should be able to cut it off without a problem.

that depends on how it was done. If they were cut and tied aot if they just put the rings around them. if they were cut tied and burned then the chance id really slim to nun. if they have the rings on them then the rings can slip off with in 7 years so I was rold by my friend that had that done.
