All the plants will die, and subsequently, all animals will die. Note that there are some places where plants don't require rain to survive, such as next to springs or rivers (even though most rivers rely on rain to keep from drying up). Some plants (like cactii) can live over a year without water. Also, some plants grow in seawater and they would continue to thrive, but odds are, humans couldn't make it without rain.but we can still grow trees and plants because of our own water that came out from our fucet's.
