excess percipitation in one area
If you live in an area that gets a lot of flash flood and flood warnings I would suggest getting it.
i would say the super soaker flash flood :)
No. A severe thunderstorm watch and a tornado watch would of course be stronger than a flash flood watch.
Flash floods are sudden and rapid flooding caused by intense rainfall within a short period, often within a few hours. The water rises quickly due to the large volume of rainwater overwhelming drainage systems and natural watercourses. Flash floods can be particularly dangerous as they give little time for people to evacuate or prepare.
A contusion (bruise) would likely result from a sudden blow to the body.
More likely reinforced concrete.

some things might be destroyed . it is another word for flood caused by rain.
No it would not also the ice will most likely never melt lol
im not an expert but if people live in an area that is regularly exposed to flash floods..the obvious solution would be to build some type of channel in the ground for when the water comes, so it can flow into another direction. This may not stop the flood but may make it slower so more people can escape.
your mom would be the correct answer.
To calculate the wind speed of a flood: Lets say D stands for the depth of the flood in meters, and G is the speed of gravity, which is 1471/150 or 9121/150. The land speed of the flood would be the square root of D and G. Multiply by 900/463 to convert from meters per second to air or nautical miles (knots). So then, the equation for it is: knots = sqrt(D * 1471/150) * 900/463.
