No. You are not in any kind of danger from using real-wishes. I've used it many times and turned out fine!! The only way you can be in danger is making a wish to harm or hurt someone. Karma is real and comes right back around to you, so watch out! if you make a wish to help someone then you are fine! if you make a wish for your own good nothing bad will happen to you.
