No. Their venom (not poison) is delivered through a stinger in their tails. Their pincers are used to restrain their prey while waiting for the venom to take effect and to manipulate the paralyzed or dead prey while they consume it. Their pincers can rarely deliver anything more than a mildly painful pinch to humans.
