Most witches ether have no religion or are pagan. So can you be related to something that you don't believe is real? If your asking if witches worship the devil (and that's where they get their powers) then no. The connection between witches and the Christian devil was made hundreds of years ago and is unfounded.

Christian religious leaders made lurid claims about those they regarded as witches, in order to persecute them. Perhaps in earlier times, some witches were secret followers of the old pagan religions, although this can only be speculation, so the Christian leaders would have wanted an excuse that would enable them to wipe out the remnant religion. In late medieval times and beyond, superstition and mob hysteria took over, and there was no longer a rational basis for claims of witchcraft. If it was claimed that a 'witch' fornicated with the devil or could turn herself into a cat, this was often quite readily believed.

Modern witches are a new phenomenon. People who wish to follow the old pagan religions may call themselves witches, but are almost never subjected to Christian persecution. It is now recognised that witches have never been connected with the Christian devil.
