This is a highly debatable question, but logically speaking it is statistically probable that there are other forms of life out there, but the form of that life cannot be predicted with any certainty.
Should human probes ever travel to other solar systems, the question would be probably be answered. If forms of life like ours do not exist, their possible introduction to other worlds would be an ethical dilemma.
No

... im thinking... Universe is big.
strange universal cities or countries
It's fun to pretend, but there is no proof and so there is no good reason to believe this. The universe is really big but that does not prove that aliens exist. After all, someone in the universe has to be the first, and there is no solid proof it isn't us. Aliens are real because we can't be the only life in the hole of the universe and some people think there are labs holding aliens.
yes, it is possible that aliens can exist. The universe is filled with millions of planets.I am sure there is something out there besides us.
Aliens
As yet, humanity has found no signs of aliens (or any other life) on Mars, or anywhere else in the universe.
