Well, if you have a very loose definition of 'vampire,' there are most likely cults out there that will drink blood. These people aren't really vampires, though, just very disturbed humans. Best avoided.
There are also theories about psychic or 'energy vampires,' people who absorb energy from the people around them. No one can necessarily prove or disprove their existence, but you never know.
