Well, most religions believe in some sort of afterlife. So the answer is yes, if you can believe that... But it's hard to prove. Check Wikipedia article (or some other online reference) on "Afterlife", for different beliefs about this. Also, there are many cases of people who seem to have died (or been close to death) and remember certain experiences of the afterlife. However, non-believers tend to think of this as some type of hallucination, and this, too, is hard to prove (one way or the other).
