How can you tell if there is a ghost in your house?

There is a lot of signs of paranormal activity, this is what I got from Ghost Hunters;

• You feel a weird sensation/depressed when you enter your room.
• Objects move in unnatural ways. (Not caused by gravity.)
• You actually see an entity of some sort in your room.
• It interacts with you by touching you.
• You hear voices.
• You get extreme chills or a cold spot is suddenly in said house.
• See if an animal will enter that house.

Now, If you wanna catch that ghost and prove that it's there;

• Set up a camera to record your room all night
• Do an EVP session, where you ask questions with a digital recorder.
• Get an expensive thermal camera and see if you get any weird readings.
• Get an EMF detector, then see if you can get any high readings.
