You can't really STOP it, but a way to get rid of it for a while is just to occupy yourself and just try not to think about it, because the voices are in your head because you're THINKING about them, right? Just do something and you'll eventually forget them.

If the voices are actually talking to you, you should probably see a therapist.

medical phyciatrists are as well helpfull.
