Well, I guess you could imagine the energy from one human being flowing into your body, slowly but surely. The key here is to see it with your mind's eye. Although I have never done it, I think this way is reasonable.

ANOTHER WAY IS TO TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU FOR A RIDE AND MAKE A THOUSAND STOPS RUNNING ERRANDS AND ASK THEM TO STAY IN CAR, SOMETIMES CONVERSATIONS ON THE CELL PHONE, FORGETTING TO FEED THEM AND HOURS OF RIDING AND STOPS.
