a medium is an individual who has the ability to communicate and summon spirits. everyone can be a medium with proper consentration and belief. there are some who are gifted and can access this 6th sence with less difficulty than otheres. with more concentration it becomes more and more natural

A person who is a medium would know very early on that they are aware of information that other people are not. Different mediums receive information in different ways, through trances, in dreams, or by simply "seeing" information in the mind.
