I gave my Chao all 21 animals after its 2nd reincarnation but when it evolved it wasnt a chaos chao it was a hero chao What happened?

Yes, you can give your Chao Chaos Drives before it reincarnates twice. Whatever you do BEFORE its second reincarnation doesn't effect the "Chaos Chao life". However, in its second reincarnation, you can't give it Chaos Drives or it won't work. You just need to give it one of each 21 animals. Hope I helped! :]

Well that depends, has it reincarnated twice? if it has reincarnated twice and evolved into something other than a chaos chao than you have to wait for it to reincarnate again, then do the one of each 21 animals thing. than after that it should evolve to a chaos chao.

First your chao must have reincarnated three times, when it's a baby give every small animal to your chao and when it grows up it will become a chaos chao. What animals it received in previous lives doesn't affect the chaos chao process, just make sure that it receives one of each animal during its infancy in its third reincarnation.
