I have been having a reoccuring dream that i get hit in the face and some of my teeth fall out and then the next night i had a dream that i was in my car and my friend was driving and she crashed?

...it wasnt a bad crash, i recently got in a car accident but if i was scared of getting into another one then why would someone else be driving? and how can i stop my teeth dream from happening because both these dreams are like my worst nightmare.
