I spot drops of blood on the floor every night I clean it and it appears again the next day in the same place does anyone have any idea what is going on?

There could be any number of possibilities, but more information is needed to give any conclusive response.

-- do you live alone or with others?

-- do you have siblings or housemates who would enjoy playing tricks on you?

-- how do you know these spots are blood?

-- where do the spots appear?

-- do you have pets in the house?

In other words, there are a lot of very natural things that could explain the red drops on your floor that should be considered and eliminated before you think of supernatural causes.
