It depends one's own beliefs. That is the equivalant of asking "Does God exist?" Different people will give you different answers based on there beliefs. There is no possible way to give an answer to the question.
quite frankly, yes. 2 years ago, i was at the river and saw one behind a cloud. it had colors of the rainbow. a beautiful sight. But, some believe that Chinese dragon and Chinese mythology is real, and some believe that Chinese mythology is false. well you never can tell if you believe it , to me i think i have to see a dragon myself to believe it .
