I don't think it is bad. I get dejavu, too, but mostly with smells. I will sometimes smell a scent i find EXTREMELY familiar...but i cant pick out from where. It like almost puts me into a trance. I really don't think dejavu is bad, i don't really know what it means either. But it really isn't dangerous at all or anything like that. :)
