Is telekinesis impossible

Well,it depends on what you mean by "telekinesis"...If you mean the ability to move/levitate objects with your mind,then I would say yes it is impossible,or at least about a million years of evolution away...

However,if you mean to use an object for telekinesis,let's say a telekinesis ray gun for example.That may very well be possible,and not as far off as you think..Scientist's already know how to levitate water molecules using the power of magnetism,anything with water molecules can be levitated,they have levitated a frog (frogs have lots of water in them humans do to and could be levitated also) ,BUT it takes a machine the size of an average bedroom to do it today...So if they can just figure out how to make it smaller while still power full enough,we could one day have a frog levitating ray gun LOL watch out frogs here I come!!! :)

If we can't do it by sheer willforce alone, science could be used as a catalyst to make it possible. As stupid as it sounds, a childrens toy (The Star Wars Force Trainer) has apparently tried to tap into this by transmitting your brain waves in a certain way to turn on a fan which makes a ball levitate (It's not the same thing, I know, but it's look into the possible future). By the looks of it, this doesn't just respond to say, muscle movement because the ball does seem to levitate higher if you are doing something like maths or a puzzle.

Telekinesis may be the ability to move or physically control objects from a distance. For true telekinesis, no obvious physical contact is involved.

There are many reasons why this might be difficult.

• Real telekinesis may not exist. Studies that seem to show telekinesis may actually demonstrate something else that we don't understand yet.
• You may not be gifted in the field of telekinesis. It's like any other gift; some people can sing easily and well, and others can't.
• You may not really believe in telekinesis. If you don't believe, your input as the observer (ref: quantum physics) may affect the outcome so nothing happens.
• If you believe in animism -- that everything is alive in some way, including apparently motionless objects (such as your pen, your chair, etc.) -- then maybe the object doesn't want to be moved. If its energy is more powerful or its intention is stronger than yours, it wins and you can't move the object.

There may be other explanations for why telekinesis is more difficult for some than others.

Telekinesis is the movement of matter with your mind, explaining how it works is far more difficult as it has been explained in many different forms and ways, my thought of it would be long, invisible arms,tentacles, etc. that and can move as fast as thought (375 times faster than light) and have as much strength as the user's intelligence. Thus why people can not use it today because the human mind has not yet evolved to have such abilities along with the ever-growing stupidity of mankind.
