The ability to leave your body in "spirit" form is NOT a "super power." It is called astral projection and all people have the basic ability to do it - though most never try.
In the out of body state it is not possible to posses some one else, however you are not generally visible to others. Travel in this state is not governed by physical laws, so you might consider it "levitation" or "flying." Many people use this talent to "visit" friends or places they are interested in.
