Peter Hurkos, a Dutch psychic was documented as being called in by Police departments (which ones involved unstated) to attempt to solve various occult-related crimes. He was believed to have played a role in the authorities attempts to (solve) the horrendous JManson Murders, which were of course, occult- and drug-abuse related. Hurkos was shocked that the contract killers (Manson Gang) believed they were (Doing the bidding of the Devil) which turned out to me Charles Manson. Other than that I have not leads. The occult angle in crime was documented in a very rare book called ( Spook Crooks!) I know it doesn"t really rhyme. the spiritual advisors used invisible ink, recorders and other devices to (Spy) on their frequently mentally unstable clients- then a prelude for crime. Well I am one so I have a very positive opinion of most psychics. There are those who use the profession to scam people but you will find that in any profession. There are also some who have more ability than others.

The answer to whether celebrity psychics are genuine is a contentious issue. There are many sites on the internet both supporting and opposing the celebrity psychics. In summary, there is no conclusive answer as to whether they are actually psychic or not.

Yes, their are live psychics. I am one. You have probably heard of people on the internet claiming to be able to tell you details of the rest of your life. But there are real people out there who can see visions of the future in sleep or otherwise and know things, sense things, detect things, and percieve things without any reason why. Ex.: I knew my friend's cat died before anybody told me. Psychics are very real.

Well, to find a medium i would say you should look through the Yellow Pages or a newspaper and they should have a list of psychics and mediums...if you can't find any then search it up on google!

Are psychics fake?
= Answer = Yes = Another Perspective = No, not all of them. There are a number of people over the years who have been proven to be falsifying their psychic powers, but there are also those who have lived with their "talent" for years, who can not be proven to be fakes. I have found that if you are testing this sort of thing, and you believe that all psychics are fake, you can find enough evidence to prove your theory, if however you believe they are real, you can certainly find evidence to prove that too. Psychics (the real ones) are generally people who for one reason or another can tap into a part of the mind others can not or do not. Not all psychics see "ghosts" or "talk to dead people" or even "read minds". Some of us, have what could be described as a better developed intuition. Some of us, just "know things are going to happen". It's not like we go to a school to learn these things, it's more like being born with curly hair. It's just the way some people are... There is virtually no evidence proving that psychic powers exist. Studies have in fact been done, and none of them have proven that any claims psychic powers are vaild. It's nice to think that there are people out there who somehow have special powers and can help you solve your problems, but it's simply not real. Most psychics are in it for the money, some are in it to feel special, the rest are in it for the attention.

As a personal answer, yes. I have had experience with psychics, some good, some bad and some down right scary. As for Tarot, it is amazing how many people use them, some with little or no faith in the readings and some who will not undertake any major decision without checking the cards.

To the best of my knowledge - and I have made some effort to investigate the matter - the profession of psychic is fundamentally fraudulent, and there are no honest psychics. Psychics can be nice people, who aspire to be possibly entertaining, or even psychologically therapeutic for the people who hire them, but they do not have real psychic powers. It's too bad, because we could really use some real psychics. For example, they could tell us where Osama bin Laden is hiding.

"Psychics" are nothing more than entertainers. They are not real. It is important to keep in mind thought that they are not all neccesarily fruads...any intelligent adult should be able to determine that they are only for entertainment.
