Sylvia Brown was an American author and psychic who died in November, 2013. Although she achieved celebrity status through her many books and frequently appeared on television Talk Shows, she also was accused by some of being a fraud and a con artist. She claimed that people could improve their lives by learning to interpret hidden messages conveyed in dreams. Unfortunately, Brown's own predictions about lost individuals, personal problems and future events, including the time of her own death, frequently turned out to be wildly mistaken.
