A prayer is something you prayed to God for and it was answered. Miracles are when you really didn't ask for it it just luckily happened.
The Little Flower was not know for performing miracles during her life. She lived a simple life of prayer, work and enduring suffering. However, since she has been reborn into Heaven I am sure there are countless little miracles and favors that have been answered through the intercession of Therese for people who prayed to her.
