The aura is a fluctuating, oval-shaped energy field that encompasses your body. It is made up of different layers, starting with the one closest to your body they are: red - the etheric layer, orange - the astral or emotional layer, yellow - the lower mental layer, green - the higher mental layer, blue - the spiritual layer and purple - the casual layer. Energy and thus information flows both ways through the aura from the chakras to the cosmos. Stress can cause a change to the flow of energy disrupting the aura and blocking the chakras. This can result in illness. A good aura reading may pinpoint areas where work needs to be done. There are a number of exercises one can do to insure a healthy and balanced aura and chakras.
