Journaling has both immediate and long-term effects.

Immediate:

  • It relieves some stress and gives you a sense of control over the situation.
  • It helps you to understand your feelings.
  • It can help you sort through a problem. Once you have it all down on paper, it doesn't seem as big as a problem. You can look at it more logically.

Farther in the Future:

  • It will help you to remember the event more clearly than your mind will probably remember it.
  • It is interesting to go back and look on how you have changed over time.

we have to do it manually by hands to write all our experience but here is the solution
