I really don't understand.....can you reword this? Maybe you mean if people think hackers are not dangerous then why are they "dangerous" to people. I dont know that doesnt even make sense. But i know what im trying to say, and my answer is hackers aren't dangerouse but people feel they are a threat because they hack into your personal belongings on the computer. It's not right and you can lose everything or have everything stolen. I hope i answered it right.
