Depends on your definition of touching.
This could either be a normal nightmare, a connection between past events or missing a person who died. In theory, this could also be a sexual desire or have no meaning at all, that you just thought of this while sleeping for no particular reason.

When you say "with a dead person", do you mean that in your waking life you know that person is dead, but in the dream they were alive (like, say, you dreamed you were making out with Cleopatra a la a young Elizabeth Taylor)? Or do you mean that even in the dream the person was dead and you were still going at it? The first is considerably less weird than the second.
What dreams mean is not as simple as some people would like to make it. You can't say, for example, that everyone who dreams about finding a penny is going to be rich, and any "dream interpretation" book that contains statements like that is best used as emergency replacement lavatory paper. What can be done is that you and a competent professional (such as a psychiatrist) can discuss your dream in detail and try to figure out what's going on in your life (or what you would like to have going on in your life, or what you're afraid of going on in your life) that might cause you to dream that.
