I think dreams are dreams. As your relationship goes longer and grows stronger, you will find that these dreams fade... It is just your head, playing with your fears. As he/she proves faithfulness, your dreams will pass, as will your fears.
Every individual keeps a few secrets to themselves simply for privacy reasons and they may not feel it has any importance in the relationship. Women do the same thing. There is no need to know every little thing about your partner unless of course they are cheating. If you have a partner that is cheating then it's immature and selfish on his part and shows he has little respect for you. This is a sign this person is not right for you and somewhere in the future you will meet the right person you should truly be with, but you have to move on from the men in your life that do not treat you with respect.
Not healthy for partner.

When you meet the right person neither person will need to change a thing!
Cheating is dishonest and selfish and there is absolutely no excuse for it. If one caves in every time they have a problem with their partner then they are immature and have not learned to communicate and discuss problems with their partner. You feel bad about cheating (a good thing) because you know it's wrong and if your partner finds out it will hurt them to the core and more importantly, you will have broken the bond of trust. You have a decision to make ... you don't love the partner you are with and you should be honest and tell them and break up or, you risk the chance of losing them in the end and that partner will end up finding out and leaving you with little regard or respect for you. Once this happens there is generally no going back and you could well find out you loved the person you were with all along. The grass on the other side of the fence is not always greener!
Yes he is cheating on you my ex-boyfriend Chad says I love you after every fight we had
No. Having a certain person appear in your dream every day suggests that you are thinking and day-dreaming about that person. But it means nothing about that person's dreams, thoughts or feelings. Your dreams take place within your own mind, just as your thoughts and feelings take place inside you. Your dreams do not affect anyone else's dreams, and their dreams have no affect on yours.
Every person can be faithful. Those who cheat all make the choice to do so. The type of person that cheating creates is a liar and someone who is unfaithful.
* Humans dream every half hour and only remember certain dreams in the last few seconds of awakening. Both females and males have fantasies and it could have been as simple of seeing someone attractive on TV; while you were out somewhere, etc., and that person made an impression on you and you had a dream about them, but this does not mean you love your husband any less and not classified as cheating.

Not really but usually they are casting dispersions to cast doubt on their own lives (which could be possible). If you think about it, sometimes the information given casts suspicion or causing drama.
