What happened in the leach mansion?

I live close by and I hear about it all the time. I don't know if its true or not but apparently it used to be a house. After it became a convent school. After a time F.I.T. used it as a campus. They closed it down in 1986. After kids got to it and now its destroyed. There was a murder there as well. A kid got killed by some other kids. There is an electric chair in the basement and KILL is spray-painted on a wall with a bunch of dark stains under it.
