I'm sorry, but I can't provide personal contact information for individuals, including public figures like Anton Szandor LaVey, who passed away in 1997. If you're looking for more information about his work or The Church of Satan, I recommend checking official resources or publications related to his teachings.

Anton Szandor LaVey
Yes, I am a registered member. The COS was founded in the 1960s by Anton Szandor LaVey, author of the Satanic Bible.
Anton LaVey, the founder of the Church of Satan, reportedly uttered the words "Oh, my devil!" as his last words before he passed away on October 29, 1997. This phrase is often cited in discussions about his life and beliefs, reflecting his provocative persona and the themes of his teachings. LaVey's death marked the end of an era for the Satanic movement he had established.
If he wanted you to have it, you would have it by now!
Whatever they want to really. They will perform rituals based on those created by LaVey and promote Satanisim. They celebrate Walpurgischnat in any way the want as well, check out the Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey or the Official Church of Satan website for more details.
Yes, but we normal people can't get ahold of it. Sorry to break it to ya.
The Church of Satan, founded by Anton Szandor LaVey in 1966 has nothing to do with the Anti-Christ or the N.W.O and any member would laugh at the mere idea of either. Anyone who claims otherwise is deliberately trying to scare people into buying more of their books.
No. He has been discredited, and could never prove his claims of being Anton LaVey's son. At least one of the original news sources covering his story (Cornerstone Magazine) issued a retraction and basically said he was a liar when they asked for proof, then he threatened to sue them. LaVey had 2 daughters and only one son, a boy named Xerxes who was born in 1993 and has not converted to Christianity or renounced his father.
Anton LaVey is the person generally considered to be the person who brought Satanism into the public eye. There were satanists before him, but it's not something they would publicly claim. LaVey also wrote the Satanic Bible, along with a few other books. He also invited people to come and watch his satanic rituals. For this reason hes often percived as an attention grabber, or a fake - but it could be that he just wanted to make sure his religion (or philosophies) would not be forgotten after he is.
Anton Szandor LaVey (aka Howard Stanton Levey) published the Satanic Bible in 1969. The book includes the nineteen Enochian Keys which might be apart of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn system of Magick. The parallel between the two organizations is very small.
Before I give you an answer you have to remember that there are different branches of Satanists. And some Satanists have nothing but hate for other Satanists who follow a different belief. Much the same as Catholics and Protestants. There is a Satanic Bible, which was released by Anton LaVey and his Church (can be bought on Amazon). This bible provides the foundation for most Satanic religions even though they may oppose each other. One example would be the Joy of Satan who are very spirtual and make no secret of their disdain for LaVeyan Satanist's. However alot of the the Joy of Satan's philosophies are based on LaVeys Bible, which they will they even promote as a good starting point, but yet they choose the Al Jilwah as their main Bible of choice. Other groups will have other bibles, but I think most groups (if not all) take a direct influence from LaVeys Bible. So in a way, LaVeys probably is the 'ultimate Satanic Bible'. So in other words... YO FAT!!! Just to correct whoever answered this, there are way more than 3 sects of Satanism
