The Gentlemen are a band of demons from the television show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. They are like a cross between a door to door salesman, with their permanent grins and briefcases, and a sadistic demon. When they come to town, they steal the voices of everyone living there, trapping them in an enchanted box. They then proceed to float through the streets knocking on windows or doors. Those who answered are seized by their straight-jacketed minions and subdued while they surgically remove the victim's heart while still alive.
