What is the difference between saying your a liar and we don't believe you?

the meaning is the same but the effect that makes on the person who has beed told is different!!

when a person tells you that you are a liar, he is insulting you calling you by that, which makes you confused and embarrassed from that word, other wise when a person says that he doesn't belive you means that Only he doesn't or they don't!!

which leads to less insulting and a possibility that they may belive you some other day..untill they see or feel a prove.
