Naturally, the constellations Taurus and Cancer would surround Gemini, but you will also see the constellation Orion close to Gemini.

Taurus and Cancer are the obvious two. Others are Auriga, Canis Minor, Lynx, Monoceros, and Orion.
The constellation Orion is located in the southern celestial hemisphere, visible from latitudes between +85° and -75°. It is best seen in the evening during the months of December and January. Orion can be found near the celestial equator, between the constellations Taurus and Gemini.
The earth is on the east side of the sun (summer) and when that is so, the constellation Gemini is on the west side of the sun. The sun is blocking the view of the constellation Gemini.
Orion is not one of the constellations associated with signs of the zodiac, so it does not have any zodiac sign. It is close to both Taurus and Gemini. Orion represents a hunter but it is not a sign of the zodiac.
Gemini is located between Taurus and Cancer on the zodiac belt. It is just above Orion's belt, distinguished by two bright stars Castor and Pollux. It can be seen best rising in the night sky during winter.
The Orion telescopes are named after the constellation with the same name, the Orion constellation. The Orion constellation is named after the hunter in Greek mythology also with the same name, Orion.
