What would you do during a zombie invasion?

Hiding is the only logical answer. It is only a question of "where." The best places would be aras of extreme low temperatures, mostly areas where permafrost is present. Most will say that islands are the best choices and so are boats- they are wrong. Islands will still be vulnesble to attack because the living dead are in no need of air, as long as they have an intact brain they will hunt for food. And boats are just as bad because it could be years before the plague ends and you most likely will run out of supplies or fuel.

Great question. xD Well, I wouldn't say I fear death, but I wouldn't like to be killed by or converted into a zombie. I would most likely try to build up a shelter they couldn't get into and hide away with some snacks and a sword or something.

Often, people don't take questions like this seriously. You should. My house has a plan of what to do, and you should too. Here are some pointers, though, on how to prepare:

• Find a room with no windows, skylights, glass doors etc, that has a lock and only one entry. Underground (ie a cellar) is preferable.
• Make this room stronger than before. Get old sheets of corrigated iron, wooden planks, anything.
• Stock it with food, water (not running water, mind - that could get contaminated), bedding, deoderant, a phone and entertainment
• Find some protective charms in your house. For example, Zombies, like slugs, do not take to salt. Cake you, and your hideout, in the stuff. And garlic too, for good measure.
• Make a fort inside your fort that you can retreat into if the outside is breached.

And things to do once the zombies have arrived:

• Make as little noise as possible
• Gather everybody close with the weapons in easy reach. Remember: a zombie with no head is less of a threat
• DO NOT SHOW FEAR
• Call 000, 911, 999 or whatever your emergency number is. If the person picks up with a "hello?", continue talking and request help. If they answer with an "uuuuunnh" or a "BBRRAIIINS!!!" hang up immediately.
• Keep in mind that zombies are not that smart and are not that fast either.

What to do if you're caught outside:

• If you can pull it off, pretend to be one of them (like in that flim with Nicole Kidman), and then slip away when you can
• If not, run away and hide
• try to find a lawnmower to destroy the zombies if you are cornered or surrounded

Also, keep in mind that zombies can only drag their feet, and therefore can't climb up stairs or ladders, contrary to popular belief. I'm being corrected by my friend. It depends on what type of zombie you're dealing with. Different zombies have different abilities. Still, being up high is another good thing. Zombies that can't climb might be able to fall up the stairs, if they don't slide down thems. It would be a good idea to create a multichambered fort with an upstairs and a downstairs area to them. Blunt weapons work better than guns and chainsaws because they don't require ammunition or fuel. Trench spikes and xiolin spades are some of the best weapons because they can be used for decapitating the head or destroying the brain. this is submitted by me the doremeister, if i was in a zombie revolution A you would not go to a supermarket i am sorry to criticize but if you went there you would be ripped apart due to the shortage of energy which would cause blackouts and supermarkets don't usually have any windows to let enough light in to scare away zombies or allow you to see especially Walmart. B you would not enter a religious building for it is the centre of the zombies target they tend to be come up from the devils power and so they do his bidding by getting rid of the righteous first and then the rest. C you would get a gun or a blunt weapon the can smash a head and allow you to be safe you would also carry a med PAC ie a first aid kit just in case and have a spare bullet for yourself in case you knew you werent going to make it remember this is in case of the most dire circumstances not the little i cant be bothered remark its pointless there is always a chance of survival. D the possible best place is in a high tower block with more than one stair case and barricade the stairs at the bottom of the stairs to prevent any undead or infected getting to you, you would definitely destroy the elevator you don't want them coming to sneak up on you. Note that if the virus is airborn, this wouldn't be a suggested area.
