Hiding is the only logical answer. It is only a question of "where." The best places would be aras of extreme low temperatures, mostly areas where permafrost is present. Most will say that islands are the best choices and so are boats- they are wrong. Islands will still be vulnesble to attack because the living dead are in no need of air, as long as they have an intact brain they will hunt for food. And boats are just as bad because it could be years before the plague ends and you most likely will run out of supplies or fuel.
A zombie invasion is just an outbreak of zombies like a takeover

To much to say! I would suggest a book called "The Zombie Survival Guide" By: Max Brooks. There would be anarchy with people being eaten or killing each other for different reasons. The world will be plunged into chaos unless there is order to destroy the zombies and save earth by taking back land from the zombies or create a cure for the zombie invasion.
Oh, my friend, there was no need to worry about a zombie invasion in 1599. That was a time of great exploration and creativity, not of the undead wandering the countryside. Just imagine the beautiful landscapes and peaceful villages that existed back then, untouched by such spooky tales. Let's focus on the positive and paint a happy little scene instead.
None whatsoever.
That is unlikely to ever happen.
