When and why did witchcraft come to an end?

Witchcraft never ended. It's practiced everyday, all over the world! There are millions of Witches and Pagans and Shamans and Magicians and more to name. Nothing will and can stop the beautiful, natural religion.

So far it hasn't. Witchcraft is just one of a large number of spiritual paths commonly found under the umbrella term "paganism".

The practice of the Craft has been going on since humankind stopped dragging their knuckles in the dirt and will go with us to the stars and beyond.

There have been times throughout history when it was less popular, even persecuted, by it hasn't stopped.

Paganism learns, changes and evolves as humankind, our technologies and environment change and evolve. As a living and evolving spiritual path paganism has a better chance of future survival than religions with rules and edicts carved in stone.
