I am going to interpret this question literally, although the statement "I have no dreams" could be metaphorical as well, in which case it would mean something like, I have given up hope for future accomplishments of which I used to dream. But if you believe that you literally have no dreams, it means one of two things. You may not be sleeping deeply enough to dream; sleep has several different phases, and dreaming only happens in one phase (known as REM sleep because in addition to dreams, in features Rapid Eye Movements). Alternatively, it is easily possible that you DO have dreams, but you just don't remember them. Dreams are easily forgotten, and seldom are processed by the brain as long-term memory.
