Well, That's a good question, but know one knows. Anyone could have seen it before and not mentioned it. So there's really know way to tell who did, Now there might be a way to find out the first person to report seeing one though.

The chupacabra is a mythical beast. There have never been any substantiated sightings or other factual findings that indicate it might be real. The legends of the chupacabra describe it as living anywhere from Mexico to the southern tip of South America, and also Puerto Rico. It's name comes from it being reported to suck the blood from goats, and is claimed to kill nearly anything from chickens to children in some stories.
