Why are there no more recorded modern day miracles?

The Bible explains that for a time there would be a ceasing of miracles once the Christian congregation was fully established. (1 Corinthians 13:8) However, there will come a time where miracles will once again occur; the first of these will be Armageddon. (Revelation 16:16) What will make Armageddon miraculous is how despite being a worldwide war, only the evil people will be destroyed, leaving only the good to survive. (2 Thessalonians 1:6-9; Proverbs 2:21-22) Afterward, a resurrection of all of the righteous (as well as those that died with no knowledge of Jehovah God & His principles) that have died throughout history. (John 5:28-29; Acts 24:15) The faithful ones will be able to live for eternity on the Earth; a world where evil people no longer exist. (Psalms 37:10, 11, 28 & 29) There will be no more sickness (Isaiah 33:24), the animals will no longer be vicious towards each other (Isaiah 11:7-9), and even death will be done away with. (Revelation 21:4)

All of these things will be miracles, all done by Jehovah's power.

There are many possible answers.

Maybe there never were any real miracles and the biblical accounts of Jesus healing the sick and turning water into wine were embellished from actual happenings or were made up entirely.

Maybe God chooses not to perform miracles because proof renders faith useless, and faith is what God demands.

Maybe there are miracles happening today, but they are able to be explained scientifically.
