I don't agree with the first answer. I am not a big basketball fan at all. I am a football fan not a basketball fan and I have had the same recurring dream. In my case, I am not tall enough to dunk. So I believe it is about achieving or overcoming. Most of the time in my dreams, the people don;t believe I can dunk on them and then I do. Sometimes we make a bet beforehand! lol
