The four churches featured in "Angels and Demons" are St. Peter's Basilica, Santa Maria del Popolo, Santa Maria della Vittoria, and Chigi Chapel. These churches play a significant role in the plot of the story and are central to the mystery explored in the novel.
I could be mistaken, but i believe they names it this because the fight between religion and science is so contrasting that it hits all highs (angels) and lows(demons) of the argument. And also the churches and statues are all angels and demons. (Pay attention to the temples and churches they visit. You will understand)
In my opinion,Angels are attracted to Demons, however, good angels do not like Demons. Angels are sent to contribute. Demons are corrupt.

They are not churches, but cults. They have meeting places and one of the best known ones in California is across the Golden Gate Bridge. Once you get in, you can't get out!
The demons were bad things like war, envy, and bad things like that.
Not just believe in Jesus as many Churches teach as Scripture says even the demons believe. But disciples are to be 'imitators' of Jesus as our perfect model.
To cast out demons light candles that smell like onions and sit in a triangle with 3 people
Nothing gets rid of demons like faith in God.
They are a hound and have red eyes.
The druids, like other pagan religions, do not have demons. Those are exclusive to Christianity and it's related sects.
No protestant churches do not have a single leader like the pope.
