Everybody has nightmares all the time.

When you go to sleep, your brain is sorting out every thing you have learnt in that day. In the same time your brain is trying to worn you, which is your nightmare.

Nightmares try to tell you which is safe or not. Your stresses, fears, would also

be a nightmare.

Once you have figgured out what your dream was about very closley and follow what your brain is trying to tell you, the brain will try and move onto another subject. your dreams only go for 4 secondes. When you wake up in the morning

you only remeber one dream that is most important.

As an example i had a dream of going to the shops but then relizing my younger brother is lost. I didnt mention anything to my parents and walked off into the croud alone. A pirate took me away and was about to chop off my head.

That dream was telling me not to walk off alone and that my fears are looosing my younger brother and i hate pirates.
