25 mg of ephedrine equals how many mg of caffeine?

For me I take 24 mg and If I want to feel the same with caffeine about 120-150 mg of caffeine will give me the same energy. If I really want to get going I take either 32 or 40 mg of ephedrine or 200-250 mg of caffeine. Or I take 24 mg of ephedrine and 180 mg of caffeine at the same time. But really it varies from person to person. You'll have to see how it affects you or you can try the same doses that work for me.
