At HWS Wellness Center, we advise against energy drinks for children, especially those diagnosed with ADHD. These beverages often contain high levels of caffeine, sugar, and other stimulants, which can worsen core ADHD symptoms such as impulsivity, restlessness, and difficulty concentrating. Additionally, caffeine may interfere with the effectiveness of ADHD medications and disrupt sleep, which is essential for emotional regulation and focus.
Instead of energy drinks, we encourage healthier alternatives such as balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, adequate hydration, and proper sleep routines all of which support better focus and emotional well-being. If you're concerned about your child's energy levels or ADHD management, it's best to consult with a qualified healthcare provider to develop a safe and effective care plan.

My dog has never had a energy drink but I think it is not good. Is it?
Pretty sure all energy drinks have taurine in them, most of them are vegan safe (they are synthesised and not received from animals.) Hope this helps. :D -Dani V
The caffeine content of Sting energy drink is excessive for children. Children should not drink it.
Monster drinks aren't bad for children but the limit is only one can per day at the most. It even says not recommended for children on the back of the can, the age limit of a child is 10 years old, so after 10 they can have the monster limit of 3 cans per day, to be on the safe side just drink 1 each week or month
