One can contains two servings clocking in at about 16% of your recommended daily sodium allotment. Take into account that too much sodium causes water retention (bloating). Just about any food consumed out of a can is going to have a lot of sodium as well as food from restaurants and fast food places. Reduce your weekly intake of low carb energy drinks (or soda for that matter) during weeks where your have consumed high levels of sodium.
